Baby talk?

Mine isn't saying anything at all yet. But boys on my husband's side of the family are very late talkers. I'd hoped that my family history of early talkers would balance it out, but no. My 3 year old was a very late talker and is still nowhere near his age group as far as talking goes. I imagine my 14 month old will be much the same. But now I know to enroll my 14 month old in early speech therapy when the time comes.

My guy has mama and dada down. Can say Hi! very enthusiastically when someone comes into a room. And for some odd reason has figured out that dada’s name is Josh! He says ook when he holds something up (pretty sure he’s trying to say look). He tries to bark and calls the cats key..

Babies don’t typically learn to start putting more than 2-3 words together for a while so definitely don’t be concerned there. 
My son knows about 35 words, and about 20 of them he can say perfectly. He doesn’t really ever put them together, unless its like woof woof or something repetitive like that.

My 15 month says mama, dada, ba for bath, hello, go.

Mine says 30+ words with 5 of them being animal noises.
We’ve taught some baby ASL as well and she knows about 4-5 signs.

Baby is 15 months now and says Ma/mama/mom/mommy, dad/ dada/ daddy, pop pop (the grandpa), No!, yes (or nods), nana (for banana), shoes, up! (To be picked up), uh oh!, baby/ my baby, hi!/hey, bye bye, night night, puppy
... unfortunately she also picked up “ohhhh sh!t!!” From my husband and “sh#t up!” (From my husband yelling at the dogs to stop barking) 🙄😪
Animal noises: woof woof (or sticks out her tongue and pants like a dog), baa, neighhh, moo 
Can count to 4, only whenever she feels like it (not if you try to coax her to do it).  Usually if someone starts counting with her she’ll only say the number 2 🤷🏻‍♀️
