Is that an orgasm? Also if that is an orgasm, is it normal that I have never cummed? Do you have to cum for it to be an orgasm?

For a woman, cum is the slang word for orgasm.
An orgasm is the release of the tension and stress that builds up in your muscles and brain during sexual stimulation.

An orgasm for a woman is not the release of any fluids. You may get very wet, you may release urine (squirt/gush) or a few women may have something called female ejaculation. But unlike men, the release of fluid is not the same as an orgasm.
Most women orgasm from stimulating their clitoris, not their vagina. This is pretty normal.
