Is having a sex bot cheating?

Let’s assume it has the best technology we have now. So it can learn phrases to adapt to a persons needs but not full AI like developing opinions or ability to consent or feeling.
But it has sound, movements and looks made to be like a real person.
Would this be cheating or just another sex toy?

I believe cheating is defined by the couple, not society. Some are ok with porn, others are not. Some are monogamous, others are not. Some are open, others are not. 
It’s truly only cheating if the SO and the “offender” believe it is cheating.

It’s kind of like having a pretend girlfriend... they design them, their nipple size and color, public hair, eye color, hair skin etc. And they’re super expensive. I can’t see wanting to be with someone who owns one seriously, and not as some sort of weird joke. Masturbation is fine and healthy, but this is too far. I would say yes as the person is choosing sex with a realistic robot over their significant other. It isn't just about it being human/self or non-human. Someone frequently choosing porn and masterbation or a sex doll over sex with their spouse can really damage a relationship.

Meh ... I totally couldn’t do it. I know the purpose is just a tool, like any other sex toy, but I feel like some Detroit: Become Human shit would go down. I absolutely think I would be bothered by a robot/AI thing. I really don’t have any other reason that it would feel like “cheating”, other than I watch to many movies, read too many books, and play too many games. It would make me totally uncomfortable.

I personally don’t think it’s cheating. I think if a man is using the doll more frequently than wanting to have actual relations with their partner, then this could be an issue, but that would be the same with any sex toy really. Interestingly, I think that if a man really wants a sex doll or already has one, then maybe try and have fun with it! Incorporate it into your own sex, threesome fantasies? Dirty talk? Everyone has their turn ons and it’s super fun to explore those as long as it doesn’t make you too uncomfortable!
