If my son was teething, would I definitely be able to see tooth buds or some other visual sign? He has many of the symptoms - irritability/crying, red cheeks, lots of sleeping troubles, etc. He has always been super drooly and likes to chew on things so that’s not new. I tried to look in his mouth a few times and while his bottom gums look like they might be a little inflamed, I don’t see actual teeth coming through. Just wondering if it could be teething or if I’m connecting dots that aren’t there.
