Milk storage
I read that breast milk is good for 4-6 months in a fridge freezer and 6-12 months in a deep freeze. I currently have quite a bit of milk frozen in my fridge freezer, the oldest being about 2.5 months frozen already. I just bought a deep freeze for my milk as we have run out of room. Since it was in the fridge freezer should I still be used within the 4-6 months or will it be good longer?
