Can implantation bleeding happen after a missed period?

So im 2 weeks late, but i bled a little bit this morning. It was pinky red with like very little brownish discharge. Im so confused on my symptoms! I am constipated, constantly thirsty and peeing. I kind of have naeseau. But since i saw a bit of bleeding this morning, im not sure what it means. Can someone please educate me!

Implantation occurs 6-12 dpo. Did you track ovulation? Maybe you ovulated later. Have you taken pregnancy tests? Spotting can be common in early pregnancy too

No. It's likely ovulation spotting on a new cycle.
