Pumping mommass

I need help my milk supply is going down but I know it’s because I don’t pump enough(I really hate it but pushing for a year since I’m already at the half way mark). Can anyone who has a good milk supply and is pumping give me there schedule on it. Or anything that helps with increasing milk supply!! Plzzzz mommas I need help
