Can anyone confirm or explain what this person is trying to explain to me?

The body starts producing HCG when the fertilized egg implants. It takes a while before your body to start making enough HCG to show on a pregnancy test. 
It would make sense that if your egg has implanted and your body is producing HCG you could start feeling symptoms, right? 
I mean if I’m wrong or someone can explain it better please do.

This person is close minded. My PMS is mainly the week before my period is due. Everyone is different. You can experience symptoms from pregnancy and or pms at any point in your cycle.

I kind of get what she’s saying. She’s not arguing that your body is producing HCG, just that you don’t have high enough levels of HCG in your system, right away, to cause symptoms. I also feel the exact week would be hard to pinpoint because I feel like every woman produces different levels of hcg. So you may feel symptoms before I would or vice verse.
