So I've had glow <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">nurture</a> for a long time now and I don't use it like I used to (ie: tracking breastfeeding, diapers, naps, etc.) Because my son is 18 months in a few days. So I have a couple questions:

There is <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> period tracker and Glow fertility & ovulation.. (which also tracks periods, am I correct???)

What's the best one for me to use if I want to track my periods and am forgetful about birth control, I have a terrible memory from an injury 7 yrs ago. (I do not need another baby right now- I have a 10yo, 8yo and 18mo)

And also, if I delete <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">nurture</a> will all my babys stuff I've saved on this app be on the other one too? Including messages, posts and alerts? Or does it all get deleted?
