Anybody struggling to sleep in pregnancy with bad hip pain??

I guess I’ve gotten more and more used to it. I’m 40+4 and looking forward to sleeping hon my back again soon! In the last 2 weeks my arms have started to fall asleep when I’m lying on my side so that’s been a nice addition to hip pain 😞

I sleep with a pregnancy pillow behind my back and between my knees and a little pillow under my belly. I lean back slightly so I'm sleeping on an obtuse angle on my hips rather than a 90° angle, and I switch hips every time I feel the need (usually whenever I get up to go to the bathroom).

Ive been sleeping on our recliner for most of third trimester bc of this. A pillow between my legs sleeping in the bed seemed to work until about 34ish weeks. Eventually I could only last about 1.5h in the bed before waking up with hip pain and having to switch to the recliner to get any sleep.

It sucks, only relief I've found is sticking a pillow directly under my hip, but i spend a good portion of the night tossing and turning or my hips go numb. Lol

Dude I’m in the same place. I have 4 pillows and my pregnancy pillow and still nothing. My doctor told me to try a pregnancy belt

I’ve tried ice packs and heating pads... nothing has helped me so far ☹️
