How often do you bath your babies?

My little girl will be 3 months next week and we’ve just introduced bathing her every night, bottle then settling her in her Moses and she settles for quite a few hours by doing this but people keep saying it’s not good for them? Her skin hasn’t become dry so far? Anyone else do this or have any advice about this?

I bathe my LO every night and lotion him up. His skin has not become dry at all. He seems to sleep better too.

We were every other day but she just started daycare and I feel like we should bathe her every night now. Daycare just has so many germs but I also don’t want her skin to get too dry so I’ve been wondering if that is too often.

We do every night because she loves her baths and it relaxes her and is part of bedtime routine. But we only use soap and shampoo every other time. So sometimes it’s just her getting rinsed with warm water and a wash cloth.

I use a good sprinkle of baking soda in the baby tub. It softens the water.
Then in separate cup I have mildly soapy water that I dip washcloth in to wash the milky bits of him, but this way he’s not sitting IN soapy water.
