Does his varicocele has been operated ? Have you had semen analysis? My partner had his operation and actually still having some motility and morphology issues but great count. Fertalaid helped us for motility a lot !

Fertileaid might help a bit with numbers but as long as varicocele is present the sperm will continue to be cooked up each cycle it is produced. He needs to have the operation done if you guys want to have greater chance to get pregnant naturally. Otherwise you have to do ivf icsi if numbers are very low. Spermogenesis requires certain temperature to be maintained which is few degreece less than the bodys temperature. This is why testicles are outside the body. However varicocelle causes increase of temperature so this seriouslly damages the sperm. As long as the issue is there this will continue.
