I had sex multiple times for past two weeks been feeling different light stomach cramps & side & light back pain ,headaches every once in while  nauseous off & on threw up a couple times been feeling so horrible nauseous , breasts feel different sensitive lil sore , tired a lot could I be pregnant ?

If you had unprotected sex, you can be pregnant.  Take a test.

Unfortunately many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, could be due to either - best to wait and test with FMU if AF is a no-show when you expect her.
