ER or somehow wait it out?

I have an abscess tooth that's also chipping. (The tooth is already dead at this point I believe. It's turning black)  I'm 31w pregnant, I took a Tylenol, brush, floss and used mouthwash and the pain is still there and wont let me sleep by any means. should I go to the ER? I know they would most likely give me something for the pain or will they help extract it since the pain it's just plain terrible. There's no dentist open in my area at the moment and I plan on calling first thing in the morning.

Only a dentist can remove the tooth so there’s not much the ER can do for you.

I would go to the ER. I know a lot of people are saying that they can’t do anything cause it’s dental but you need antibiotics. It can easily get infected and fast. Infections in the mouth can be extremely dangerous as they can spread easily. I would get antibiotics stat just to be safe.

The WR won’t do anything for a tooth, ESPECIALLY being pregnant. You’re better off sucking it up and going to the dentist ASAP.

Rinse with warm salt water and hold it over the infected tooth. Peppermint oil, and clove oil can help. I had an infected tooth 2weeks ago and the salt water was a miracle. I was doing it multiple times a day. You do need antibiotics to but the salt water will help flush the infection out. Also try and ice pack on you cheeks where the infected tooth is. Alot of times with infected out causes swelling the ice will help.
