First period after birth
I had my daughter on Halloween and I stopped bleeding fully about a week and a half afterwards. Now, I’m 4 weeks 5 days postpartum and I’ve just started spotting. I also have some cramps.. but they feel more like after-birth uterus contractions than period-cramps.
I’m also Exclusively Breastfeeding.
Could this be the start of my first period? Or is it just the after-birth bleeding/spotting starting up again?
