Sleep deprived new mom

As I’m sitting here with my 3 week daughter asleep on my Chest and I can’t move or else she will wake up. I thought I’d share that if you’re a first time mom like I am you are not alone. Last night I cried and cried because my daughter was so fussy and would not sleep, would not let me put her down. I was so sleep deprived and had no help, my bf works 10/12 hour shifts and it’s just me and the baby at home. I barely ate yesterday bc I had no time to cook anything for myself Bc my baby won’t let me put her down. I know It’s easy to feel like there’s nobody else going through the same thing when ur up feeding every hour of the night. It’s hard but it will pass🥰 just thought I’d share in case anyone else feels hopeless lol
