Period talk

Hello girls, I have a quick question. so i ended my period a week ago and somehow i started my period again today. I’m pretty sure it’s my period because it’s heavy. Im feeling worried, and don’t know if i should see a doctor. I’ve always suffered from irregular periods.. and i say suffer because it’s so damn annoying! But my period has never been this early, like one week really? So like i said i’m not sure if i should see a doctor.. please give me your opinion on what it could be or if i should see a doctor.

P.s i’m sorry if my grammar isn’t that great, english is my second language.

Update: The bleeding only lasted a couple of hours, then stopped. I googled it and pregnancy popped up. So I took 2 pregnancy tests and they are both negative????????
