The most important thing to buy for a baby?

Good morning, 
I'm a new mommy to be 😍, I have 6 weeks and 5 days. This is my first baby, we was trying for almost 5 years and finally happened 🎉🎊 God granted us with our own little early Christmas miracle 😍😍.. I'm wondering what are the most important things to buy? What actually we  need... I went to some stores and is like a new world of things that we have or must  buy... base in your own experience what actually I'm going to need??

Love to dream swaddle. It's been an absolute lifesaver! A pack in play with the bassinet insert is great if you don't have the space for a crib or if you don't want a smaller bassinet that they'll grow out of quickly. Congrats!

Bottles, diapers, wipes. Bottle cleaner, outfits but dont need to many newborn focus more on 0-3 months as babies outgrow newborn quickly. for me a swing has been a life saver with all my babies. Only my first liked the bouncer. Bassinet was never needed or baby hated. Swaddle blankets are very helpful for newborns feeling comforted. Buy a few pacifiers but wait until you know what kind your baby likes. With my first I had all the cute ones so many styles and both of my kids only liked the Phillips avent brand. Diaper rash cream. Depending on feeding preference or having a backup incase baby doesn't take to breastfeeding maybe one can of formula. A lot of things that I either bought or recieved as gifts with my first were either outgrown super quick or not used until months later so wouldn't put them as a first priority list. For my kiddo, the top items were zip onesies (especially the kind that can zip up from the bottom for easy diaper changes) which they sell at Costco, non stretchy swaddle sacks, noise machine, and nose frida/saline. Best items!
