Progesterone inserts - TMI

Hi ladies - question on these inserts. I’m supposed to use them 3x a day. I feel like a lot is coming out after I insert one- not right away, just slowly. It’s so gross. Am I not inserting them high enough? I’m putting them in like a tampon. Any tips or tricks?
