Is it ok to eat cold cuts while pregnant? Im About 7 weeks if that means anything

Lunch meat is fine as long as you know it's not expired and/or you're getting it from a reputable establishment. No need to heat it up.

Microwave them first and it’s good! Only sandwiches I ate were tuna.. one Can of tuna a week is safe also. The only meat that sucks when heated is salami!! Completely ruins the texture and flavor!

I craved deli sandwiches my last pregnancy and my OB said as long as it’s cooked it’s fine. I got a lot of subway sandwiches and I would cook a 6 inch the same as a footlong and a footlong the same as 3 sandwiches.

I avoided them with first baby, but by the second baby I realized the risks are so low. Ultimately it's up to you but I don't believe in worrying about everything, especially where food is concerned!

Just heat them up and you'll be good also if you like runny eggs you can have them.
