2nd iui failed

IUI

was a success but I miscarried at 7 weeks ! I did clomid 7 rounds no success I have PCOS and I have never been pregnant before this cycle! I used gonal f & pregnyl. We used the same formula for cycle number 2 I had a follicle at 23 and another 18 and no success! now my doctor is telling me to give it one try! My next step will be

IVF

but I can’t afford this! I don’t want to stop trying but this is just too much I’m just venting! I feel so depressed and obsessed over having a child! I know only god knows but I don’t know what to do anymore 🙏🏽
