December baby?!

So I had some light spotting this morning and my mom was screaming at me to go to the doctor when I mentioned it. So I went to the doctor and everything’s good, my cervix is closed but baby is extremely low. My due date is January 5th but my doctor said I probably won’t make it full term. She said if anything I’ll probably end up going into labor at 37/38 weeks!! I’m super excited because I’m so tired of being pregnant and I’m ready to not be bored all day when my boyfriend is at work.

My boyfriend on the other hand is a nervous wreck lol his birthday is on January 7th and he really wanted baby girl to be born on his birthday...just January in general.

Have any mamas experienced going into labor early with their first child?

I have baby girls hospital bag packed but I have yet to pack mine nor write up a birth plan! I guess I’ll do that today! Lol
