Screaming in the car

So for the past week my little one has started screaming bloody murder while we’re driving... like so freaking loud. The problem is that I work a town over and that’s where my babysitter lives so I get a lovely 30+ minutes of screaming twice a day a few times a week (I work part time). The other day when we were driving home the roads were so icy and she was screaming so loud it was such a distraction I was worried I might get in an accident. I’m at a loss of what to do, shes not tired, or hungry, she has her pacifier and toys. Any tips? I seriously need some help.
