Colic

My son is almost 5 weeks and the past couple of weeks has been very colicky. He will only sleep in his rocker bc hes able to sit up. I cant lay him flat. I have a feeling he has acid reflux issues. Sometimes after nursing him he will gag and choke. Hell sometime wake up from dead sleep just screaming and turning bright red. I could tell hes uncomfortable and I feel like he cries pretty much all day. Any suggestions on what I can do to help him 😫 and yes we are making apt to see doctor.
