Help! All of a sudden she wont sleep unless being held!

My daughter is 20 weeks today and she has had her share of fussy nights where I had to rock her to sleep for quite some time but last night she fell asleep around 7:30 and woke just after 9. This isn't abnormal for her as she sometimes likes to cluster feed before a long sleep but when I went to put her back down she screamed bloody murder before her body hit the mattress! 2 1/2 hours later I got a blanket and crashed in the recliner with her and she woke just after midnight ate and went down in her crib. Tonight she is pulling the same thing!! I dont understand she has been happy and giggly all day now this?
