Sleep aids correct?

I'm 6weeks 2 days OBGYN mentioned these but there were different kinds. Are these correct ones for me?

For Unisom I’ve always been told to take the sleep tabs. Not liquid, or melts. I also took mine for morning sickness with B6

Check the ingredients. Unisom has a few different ones and you.want the one with just the doxylamine in it. They come in 25mg tablets and you should be taking just 12.5 mg recommended.

I don’t know if there’s a difference between the melts and the sleep tabs. But I was recommended to take sleep tabs.
