Should I call my gyn?

Tldr: 2 missed periods (date of last period 9/27) negative blood test.

I had an iud for 5 years. It was removed early august. Had a normal period in august and was 1 week late for September.

So I ovulated mid october. I expected my period november 1st. I took an at home test around then with a faint positive line. I took many after that, because yay. All with faint positives. I was going to wait until they got a bit darker, and call my obgyn on monday. On November 4th I woke up to severe abdominal pain. I called my obgyn and explained the faint positives. They thought it was an ectopic pregnancy and told me to go to the er since my provider was out of town that week. I went and explained that I might be pregnant. They did a blood test and it was negative. Then they did a ct, and turns out I had a kidney stone. Omg worst pain ever.

I have not had my period since late September. I had to have an xray to see if the stone had passed, as I did not collect it in my urine. So I had another blood test last wednesday, and it was negative.

I'm one of those people who hate bothering my doctor. I'm just starting to worry that something is wrong. I'm also frustrated because if I dont get my period, then I cant ovulate, and therefore cant get pregnant.

I need reassurance that I should just wait it out.
