How many words can/could your 9mo say?

My daughter is 9 months old, 10 months on 24th. She only ever says Dad. I try sitting and repeatedly saying, “Mum”, but she looks me dead in the eye and says Dad. 😒 
Should she be saying more?

My 9 month old says “dada”, “mama”, and “bye bye”. He mostly babbles still.

My son didn’t say anything at 9 months lol maybe dada if I can remember right. I wouldn’t worry but just keep talking :)

No. At 9 months my daughter said “ma ma ma, ba ba ba, and da da da”

My baby tries to say thank you and he also says dada nonstop and mama when hes upset. That's totally normally so try not to compare your baby to others because everyone develops on their own time! As long as your baby is hitting milestones there's no reason to worry :)

My just turned 1yr old daughter was saying “dada” at that age and “bye” but she’s only recently started saying “muma” and only when it’s the middle of the night when she wants the boob! 😆 she’s says our dogs names more then anything “bar bar” 🙄 I know who’s she’s like the most! 😂

My baby is just over one he kind of says a few words but as much as I try to get him to say mummy he looks at me laughs and says daddy over and over again 🤣🤣
