Should I be a little upset?

So my doctor started me on Clomid at the beginning of November and his instructions were if I don’t get a period by the first of December or if I become pregnant call his office and schedule an appointment. Well I haven’t gotten my period so I called his office the other day and they said he wouldn’t be able to see me until the 3rd of January😫 I’m honestly a little annoyed. Now I have to see a new doctor because I can’t wait that long because then I will have to start all over with getting my period and all the other medications I have to take. Would you be a little annoyed or upset if your doctor did this?
