Missed 3 periods.

Hey guys. I gave birth this year and I got 2 regular periods afterwards but after the last one, I havent had my period in 3 months. I took pregnancy tests because I have been having sex and they're all negative. I've been feeling nauseous, dizzy, cramps, etc. Should I make an appointment with the doctor? Or is this something normal for moms who are PP.
