I want one more, husband does not. Advice on how to navigate this?

We have two sons already. Our youngest is 7 months so we definitely won’t be trying for a third until he’s at LEAST a year old. But my husband is adamant he doesn’t want a third. I’ve always pictured having three kids though. 
Has anyone else gone through this? Any advice? I’m just not sure what to do!

As you said, right now you’re not even considering trying for another several months. I would wait and just enjoy these last few “true” baby months with your son. Far too soon he’ll be a wild and crazy toddler 😅
My husband has always wanted at least a second kid, but when my son was still under 1 year he didn’t even want to breach the subject of having another baby because those baby days were still very real and exhausting.
Your husband may surprise you in another 6-12 months 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t see any reason to worry too much until you feel ready to start trying, at that point it’s a current conversation instead of a “one day” conversation.

If my husband wanted one more I wouldn’t be able to do it. It would really affect me negatively to have more than two I think, physically and mentally. I’m barely coping with this second pregnancy. 
I don’t know...I could never bring a child into the world that wasn’t 100% wanted by both parents.
