I just told my boss I'm leaving
I just told my boss that my plan is to stay home with my baby for the first year or two of her life. He was really nice about it and said we will start looking for my replacement in January. I feel really sad now. This place is like my family. 😔But I want to give my baby the best start in life, and I hope this is the right decision.
