Weight change, let’s see those HEALTHY transformations ❤️❤️
Weight loss is good when it’s healthy and slow; other times it’s better to GAIN weight. I recently struggled a lot with anorexia, and while I lost weight and was happy with it, I wasn’t doing it healthily; but now, I’m not checking the scale constantly, but I’m staying active through work, I’m eating healthy and getting enough sleep.
