I’m crazy....

All of a sudden I went into a coma and fell asleep for 2 hours. DURING my sleep... I dreamed that I helped two women be pregnant by peeing on a pregnancy test for them. I also woke up in sweats because of it. My dream felt so real... are these vivid dreams really a thing?

I had a dream the other night my MIL forced me to take a pregnancy test because she “ knew” I was pregnant and I took it and I was.... super weird I was 6dpo that dream! I’ve had super vivid dreams!!
