Wondering if anyone was successful with TTC without laparoscopy? I have endometriomas on both ovaries but they are less than 2cm. My OB and RE don’t recommend surgery to remove them. HSG showed clear tubes and everything else looks normal. AMH is 2.3 and husband has great sperm. Feeling discouraged and just hoping to hear success stories. We are likely moving to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> in the next couple months. Did anyone have successful <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> without surgery to remove endo? Or even get pregnant with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or naturally?
