Baby's Night Sleep

Hi Ladies, how much is your babe sleeping at night? My son just got passed his 4 month sleep regression, he has still been a little fussy at night but goes down with a 5-6oz bottle between 6pm-7:30pm and then a dreamfeed at 10:30pm (5-6oz) before my bedtime and now he is sleeping through generally until 6am-7am?

He will be 5 months old next weekend. My 2nd son was sleeping through the night at 6 weeks old, he was a huge ol chunker so I think he sustained better for longer periods, so this has been such a harder baby game for me. 😭 I was previously up 2-3 times a night for about 4 months straight.
