Small nursery ideas?

I mean SMALL lol. Idk how long we’ll be living here after baby is born, but we don’t have a room for him. My first kid slept in his nursery since 5 days old and I want to do the same this time around. We’ll be converting our small walk in closet to a lil nursery and this is what I’m thinking so far

A chair from ikea that won’t take up too much space, delta mini crib that’ll even fold up, and a changing table that can fold out of the way. If anyone has had limited space to work with in your nurseries id love to see what you did.
