My boyfriend and I have been together for awhile and he currently getting out of the military while I’m going in. Right now he going home to home due to some legal things and he not safe at the current place he was at.

We already planned to marry each other but the thing is I’m worried about him . He has a rare medical disorder and with his legal stuff it’s scary without him so we’re thinking about eloping when I come back home for this personal reason but I still wanna do the whole engagement and wedding thing .

I’ve been told it’s wrong if we fake it but the thing is idk . Us getting married means he will have a home and medical if need be. I’m just worried about his wellbeing. I won’t change my name til later on and obviously look at the law so I’m not breaking any....I just want to help him out and still get my wedding

* he an American and we aren’t getting married because he deporting....he was unfortunately abused by his roommates so he without a place to be. I can’t speak more on it *
