I think I had another chemical pregnancy

I took these and then got my period this is a total of 2 miscarriages and 2 chemical pregnancies my last miscarrage just happened this was my first cycle after my 8 week miscarrage.... And I got a positive than started my period... 😭😭😭😭 I hope I can have more babies
