Best diaper rash cream?

First time I’m here my little one is two months old and for the first time he has a diaper rash it’s really red and irritated and it seems to be spreading I’ve used baby Aquaphor on it but it doesn’t seem like it’s helping… Is there anything else you would recommend doing? I feel so bad!￼

Desitin. First time I used it on my baby, rash was gone the next day. Now we put it on basically every time we change her diaper as a preventative measure.

Burts Bees diaper cream! Omg. Our little girl got a horrible rash. And it got rid of it within 12 hours of putting it on every diaper change. Desitin didn’t work for us. Our holy grail.

This is the best stuff I’ve found. You can get it behind the counter at some pharmacies or order it from amazon. Nothing else worked, and I put this stuff on, it was like magic.

We air dry our baby at least 10 minutes after a diaper change when she has a rash and then use aquaphor. The air dry really makes a difference
