Failed IVF but now he's my FIANCE!!

We just completed our 1st round of

IVF

and 2 days before (12/1) I was due for my blood test (12/3), I felt that undeniable feeling that confirmed my period was indeed coming. We all know our bodies, so you ladies should understand. Yes, I felt my embaby trying to implant, the cramping, tightness, etc. but I also felt Mama Menstrual lurking like..."Hey girl, hey" 🤨🤔

*queues Diddy/Bad boy song*

"We ain't. Go-ing. No where. We ain't. GOING nowhere. Cause it's MEEEENSTRAL FOR LIFE". (Google schmoogle, if you dont know the song, with your fucking up a joke ass!! But I digress...

My honey and I were on our way to do some shopping and I finally confessed that I felt like my period was coming. He immediately got super upset and started to cry so bad that he had to pull over.

Fast forward we ran our errands for the day and when we got back home, he randomly gives me his cell phone and asked me to "hold that right there". I did, because I thought I was recording him...lol...NOPE! After waiting there confused AF, he comes back over like... "You already know how much I love you. And you know whatever happens with this baby shit on Tuesday, that wont change a thing. With that said *my full name*...will you marry me?!?!" and pulls out my ring!!!!

I almost shit on myself and immediately starting crying and let out a high pitched

"Yes, Baaaaabe"...full on dinosaur tears, snots and all yall.

I.Was.Sooooo.Shocked!!!!! Now were are both crying and he is still on his knee holding the ring and he asks "Is that a yes"?? I just nod yes cause I was full on snotty Scotty, crying and carrying on.

He put on my ring and TADAAA....we were both still crying and #EngagedAF

Just for anyone wondering, the blood test (Tues, 12/3rd confirmed our 1st embaby didn't stick. But, hey...its all good.
