HELP! 🙌🙌🙌

Anyone know or think this would be considered by “bump” I’m naturally thicker in the belly area after having two kids, but I sucked my stomach in and found the hard round area which is in the pic and I’m wondering if its a bump or just my stomach. I have no idea how far along I am, my appt isn’t till the 18th!
