20 weeks finally

I'm finally half way and I suppose to go tomorrow to find out gender have had this apt for 5 week and I had placenta abruption at 13 weeks and the bleeding just stopped and now it seems like the BD and MIL might not come because of some family issues and my mom is driving 4 hours and took off work tomorrow for the apt and my MiL acts like I should jump to resechdual the apt, I understand the reason but my apt isn't an all day thing and they could allow the 2 hours for my apt.. kinda just dont know how to feel about it
