Pregnant right after miscarriage?

Did anyone begin ovulating after their miscarriage pretty much back to normal, 2 weeks ish after their miscarriage started? I miscarried around 7 weeks and I feel like my body is back to normal, we BD around the time I thought I was ovulating based on how I felt, but I'm not using opks. I realize everyone is different and there is no way to know unless I start tracking but I'm curious what your stories are. I want nothing more than to not get my first period and just get a positive pregnancy test, not sure how common that is though.
