Is delivering second baby less painful/easier than first?

I was in labor for 72 hrs & ended up tearing with my first. With my second I was only in labor for 17 hrs! I hope this pregnancy everything is even smoother.

My first was 19 hours of horrible pain. Almost ended in a c-section. Then he had to be vacuumed out. Second was 4 hours of labor and one push she was out. Lol!! Couldn’t have gone any better the second time.

My second was so much easier, it was a completely different experience.. but I also had a lot of issues with my first birth - he was breach and I labored a long time (32 hours) before he was manually flipped then I delivered vaginally with assistance from a vacuum. My second was head down, ready to go, and I was a few cm dilated and nearly completely effaced for about two weeks before. Labor started, went to the hospital, got hooked up for my antibiotics (GBS+), waited the four hours for those to kick in, broke my water, then delivered him 15 minutes later after like three pushes. Literally night and day!

My first & second we’re only 16 months apart. Delivery & recovery were the same and pretty easy (minus the normal pains of it all). Hoping for the same for #3. 🙏🏻
