Lanolin (the ointment for cracked nipples) it’s safe for the babies mouth and a miracle worker. I use on mine.

You can use Vaseline or coconut oil too. I use Shea butter on my baby but the raw kind that works is hard to find + expensive

You could also use a little Aquaphor or Cerave ointment.
