How do you know?

This is a weird question but, how did you guys find out? How did you know?

I was diagnosed by laparoscopic surgery

Not a weird question at all. I knew bc I always had suspicion with how heavy my periods were, and cramps I experienced during first couple days of period. Then i started to get this shooting lightning bolt pain in my left side that would only last a couple seconds, but happened if I stretched my stomach hard or twisted weird. I decided to go get an ultrasound, and sure enough there was an endometrioma cyst on my left ovary. Endometrioma only happens with endo. So that was my diagnosis, I went to an endo specialist after that and the rest is history.
