Sleep Help

I'm a first time, stay at home mom. My baby is just over 2 months old (9 weeks this past Wednesday). She sleeps through the night in her own room, but for the past couple weeks when it comes day time she's extremely fussy and tired, but practically refuses to take her naps. She is EBF and I feed her 6 - 8 times a day on a regular schedule. She's gaining weight and has the proper number of dirties and wets so I know she's not hungry. We make sure her diaper stays fresh as she is cloth diapered. She has a very distinct tired cry. She fights sleep for so long that it's time to feed her again by the time she finally succumbs. She rarely stays awake during a feeding and I'm constantly having to tickle her awake to make sure she's eating and the feedings take forever because of it. At the end of the feeding, she dozes off in my arms, but if I lay her down unswaddled she wakes up screaming. If I swaddle her while she's asleep she wakes up screaming.

I've also observed her throwing her head back and forth in her sleep, as if she's tossing and turning.

I have insomnia and I know that when I get super tired and exhausted like that I get a migraine and sometimes I cry from it. I can only imagine how her tiny head feels.

Is this normal? Any advice? How can I help her? She has a pediatrician appointment next Thursday, but should I call them now?
