Periods

Hi, I just need some advice. I was on the implant from August till November because I was none stop on my period. Since I’ve had it out I’ve been having yellow/ orange on pads and on the tissue. I’ve not been to the doctors yet. But I had a cyst in March so I’ve got a ultrasound soon. I just don’t know what it could be or what to do
