Miscarriage help

I’m 9 weeks 5 days and went to a check up today. The doctor said the baby has no heartbeat and that I have miscarried. I feel very depressed and would love a glass of wine. Can I have alcohol even though the baby has not shed out of me yet? I assume it’s fine since it’s not alive, but wanted to check. This sucks.
